As a life long meditator and creative, I have observed my brain and how it responds to the process of calming my brain. Water is a conduit for this transformation. When light hits calm water the pattern of theta brain waves appear on the bottom of the sand or a pool.Refractions of light in water are similar to theta waves. Theta is a state of mind.... It’s the state of brain waves when you are calm.Once your brain goes into theta, it is connected with creativity, intuition, daydreaming, fantasizing and a repository of energy in relation to memory, sensation and sensations. Theta waves are strong during mental focus, meditation, prayer or spiritual awareness.
