Petals & Pastels: A Floral Arranging & Oil Pastel Workshop

You will be shown a simple, seasonal bud vase floral arrangement to make and take home. Afterwards, you will be taught an easy oil pastel drawing of your arrangement while you enjoy delicious charcuterie at Birdy's. BYO - so bring your favorite wine, beer, cocktails or mocktails.

About the event
Carve time out for yourself or with family and friends. This is a collaborative workshop with local artist, Lauren Johnson, owner of Lauren Johnson Studio and local florist, Meg Klass, owner of Hey Sunshine Florals. Meg will demonstrate floral arrangements in bud vases that you can take home with you! Additionally, Lauren will be teaching her techniques for sketching these arrangements on fine art paper with oil pastels.
